How to achieve it:

Choose your favourite flowers from Fleurs de Madrid and Fleurs de Rome, then peel off some petals
Apply a slip layer with HD BabyPink Fiber Base
Now apply the petals and gold flakes, then cure
Seal with Milky Aqua Gloss and cure for 40 seconds
If an extra milky effect is desired, seal again
Remove the sticky layer
