How can I return a product?

You can return one or more products you have purchased on the PassioneBeauty UK website within 14 days from the date you received the items, without penalty and without having to specify the reason for your choice.

In the event that you have purchased more than one item and these have been delivered separately, 14 days are counted from the receipt of the last product.

Remember that you are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

What are the steps to return products?

In case you decide to return any products, please follow this procedure. It will make everything easier and allow us to help you in case of need.

  1. Please send an email at info_uk@passionebeauty.com  with the items you would like to return, the order number, email address used to make your order and photos of the items you would like to return.
  2. Wait for our return authorisation before organizing the pick-up.

The shipping address will be communicated from our Customer Care at time of approval of your return.

Remember: once you receive the return confirmation, you must return the products to Passione (UK) Ltd. within 14 days. Please, add a note in your package stating your PassioneBeauty reference order number. It will speed up the process of verification.

Can I return products that have already been opened?

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, they must be returned new, not used or damaged with their original packaging intact and complete in all of their parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). Products that are unsealed, or that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery, cannot be returned.

Additionally, PassioneBeauty UK does not accept returns in the case of:

  • Purchase of personalised products
  • Purchase of sealed products which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and which have been opened after delivery.

This includes cosmetic products, tools and personal care equipment.

Remember that, even if you have not removed the seals of the product and/or its packaging, you are still liable for any decrease in the value of the product and/or its packaging caused by any mishandling.

When can I receive my refund?

Once verified that the returned products comply with the instructions given, Passione (UK) Ltd. will refund the amount of the products, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return.
