Apply SP135 Black Extra gel polish and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat for full coverage.

Remove the sticky layer with a pad dampened with Cleaner.

Create the neon designs using SP698 Fuchsia Macaron gel polish and the Trendy super fine brush. Cure for 30 seconds.

Outline the designs with White UV painting gel using the Trendy super fine brush. Cure for 30 seconds.

Finally, seal with Master Gloss and cure for 60 seconds.
