No worries, your cart is still saved and no amount has been charged.
Here what you can do:
Retry the payment
Return to your order page. Below the list of items, you'll find the "Reorder all products" button, at the bottom left.
By clicking this button, you'll find all products back in your cart and can complete your purchase.
Can’t find the "Reorder all products" button?
This happens when one or more items are no longer available. In this case, click "Reorder" next to each available product in the list.
If you prefer, during your new attempt you can also choose a different payment method, such as credit card, PayPal.

PayPal payment
Check if the payment was completed
With PayPal, payment only occurs after the final confirmation in the PayPal website.
Payment may fail if:
- you closed the process before final confirmation
- the PayPal window was interrupted or abandoned
In these cases, the order is automatically cancelled and no amount is charged. When you retry the payment and the PayPal window opens, make sure not to close it before final confirmation.
Check the payment method linked to PayPal
If payment continues to fail, verify that:
- your PayPal balance or linked card has sufficient funds
- there are no temporary limits on the linked method
This is particularly important if you're using a prepaid card.
Credit card payment
Check confirmation notifications
During payment, your bank may have asked you to authorise the transaction. Check if you received:
- a notification in your bank app
- an SMS with confirmation code
- an authorisation request to approve in the app
If you didn't see anything:
- check that banking app notifications are enabled
- open your banking app and check for any pending authorisation requests
If you don't receive any request, contact your card's customer service to enable online payments.
Check balance and limits
Payment may fail due to temporary limits, especially with prepaid cards. We recommend a quick check via your bank or card app.
