No. If you were already a Passione Club member, your account will be automatically migrated to the new Nail Club program.

The first time you log in, please allow a few minutes for the system to complete the synchronization of your points and membership level. Once the process is complete, your updated information will be displayed automatically.

No. Only one active membership is allowed per account.

You can request to leave the program at any time by emailing info@passionebeauty.com.

Please note: once you leave the program, you'll no longer be able to enjoy Nail Club benefits and any points you've collected cannot be recovered. If you join again in the future, your level and points balance will restart from zero.

You'll immediately lose all your accumulated points, your membership level and any related benefits. However, your Passione Beauty account will remain active.

The Nail Club includes five membership levels:

• Fan: 0–150 points

• Insider: 151–500 points

• Friend: 501–1,500 points

• Lover: 1,501–5,000 points

• Ambassador: 5,001+ points

Your level is automatically upgraded as soon as you reach the required number of points.

Once you reach a new level, you'll keep it for 365 days.

Yes. At the end of the 365-day period, if you haven't earned enough points to maintain your current level, you'll automatically move down to the previous level.

For example, if you're a Lover and you don't earn at least 1,501 points within 365 days, you'll move down to Friend.

Each level unlocks exclusive rewards, including:

• exclusive gifts;

• members-only promotions;

• early access to sales and promotions;

• invitations to exclusive events;

• and many other perks.

You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on the website or App. Points are calculated on the final amount paid, excluding discounts, coupons and additional charges (such as shipping or premium services).

Points earned through purchases are confirmed 14 days after your order has been shipped.

Extra points earned through activities such as completing your profile or submitting reviews are awarded once the activity has been validated.

Each point remains valid for 365 days from the confirmation date.

Points earned from returned products will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Yes! You can also earn extra points by:

• placing orders through the App;

• writing product reviews;

• opting in to receive marketing communications;

• inviting friends through the Refer a Friend program;

• completing your personal profile.
