How to achieve it:

Sculpt your nail with Builder Gel Natural Builder
On pinky and ring finger apply two thin coats of GP463 Dahlia and cure after each
Seal with UltraGloss and cure for 40 seconds
On thumb, index and middle finger apply two thin coats of GP461 Azalea and cure after each
Apply UltraGloss and cure for 20 seconds
Use Silicone Brush to pick a small amount of Rose Pearl Pigment
Massage it all over the nail and remove excess powder with Fan Brush
Seal with UltraGloss and cure for 40 seconds
