- Apply the 3D Nail Stickers using the Precision Tweezers.
- Apply a small amount of Base/Top to the inside of the 3D heart with Trendy Liner Brush. Do not cure.
- Place some Boreal Holo Flakes to the inside of the heart. Cure for 30 seconds.
- Seal with Base/Top and cure for 30 seconds then remove the inhibition layer
