Here's how to make hearts nail art with stickers: let's see the steps together.

1. Apply the 3D Nail Stickers using the Precision Tweezers.
2. Apply a small amount of Base/Top to the inside of the 3D heart with Trendy Liner Brush. Do not cure.
3. Place some Boreal Holo Flakes to the inside of the heart. Cure for 30 seconds.
4. Seal with Base/Top and cure for 30 seconds then remove the inhibition layer
