1. Apply HD Natural Base and cure for 30 seconds under a UV/Led lamp.
2. Apply Ultra Gloss and cure for 20 seconds under a UV/Led lamp.
3. Take a small amount of Soft Glazed Blue Pigment using the Glam Silicone Brush and massage onto the surface. 
4. Seal with Ultra Gloss and cure for 40 seconds in a UV/Led lamp.
