Use PassioneBeauty's Cat's Eyes Gel Polish, Mr Big. It has a unique green and purple highlights that won't go unnoticed!
How to achieve it:
- Apply a thin layer of SP523 Mr Big Cat's Eyes and cure for 30 seconds
- Apply a second layer of SP523 Mr Big Cat's Eyes without curing
- Approach the magnet to create the Cat's Eyes effect then cure for 30 seconds
- Seal with Base/Top, cure for 30 seconds and degrease.
