How to achieve it:
- Build your structure with Soft Rose Builder
- Apply SP483 Countess to the tip of the nail to create a babycolour effect and cure for 30 seconds.
- Repeat the process to accentuate the colour
- Apply Gel Foil and cure 60 seconds
- Apply Astronomy - Transfer Foil over the babycolour
- Seals with Ultra Gloss and cure for 30 seconds.
