How to create the surface babyboomer effect with Babyboomer UV Painting Gels:
Apply the base or desired color
Pick up the product using the babyboomer effect sponge and transfer it into the Color Palette, dabbing the sponge to remove excess product
Dab onto the nail to create the desired gradient and cure
Repeat step 3 several times to intensify the gradient as desired, curing between each application
Seal with a top coat and cure
