Borealis Pearl Gloss 15ml is an elastic pearly soak off finish with green highlights with an extra shiny finish ideal for those who like to give their nails a cooler touch. Applied on a light or pastel base,The finish gives delicate iridescent effects to any nail art, transforming nails into real jewels.
