How to create a surface babyboomer effect using Babyboomer UV Painting Gels:
Apply the desired base or colour
Pick up the product using a babyboomer sponge and transfer it into the Colour Palette, dabbing off any excess product
Gently dab onto the nail to create the desired gradient, then cure
Repeat step 3 as many times as needed to build up the intensity of the gradient, curing between each application
Seal with a top coat and cure
